What a formidable duo you are! Contacted you only three days prior to the most saddest of funerals-you listened, you cared and delivered what was the most beautiful array of flowers, far beyond the imagination of what the family could ever have hoped for. Your motto says- "We go that extra mile " You are under estimating yourselves. Yes you do go 'that extra mile' however what you do more than anyone else is you listen and then you find all of those feelings and words that one finds difficult to say and you bind them all together in a most beautiful array of flowers, your flowers, on that most tragic day spoke a million feelings and thoughts and tears. Not even a message on a card was required - Your flowers just said it all. It was like you had known Tom for years because you listened not only to what was being said but to what was not being said. You have truly mastered the art of allowing your floral displays to speak for the people who find it hard to convey their message. So as well as 'going that extra mile' you must surely advertise yourselves "Our flowers will say the words that you find difficult to say, the words that you always wanted to say and sadly, also, the words that you wished you had said." Thanks Jay and Sue. Your presence and humility that morning was overwhelming. Professional, through and through, CARING AND COMPASSIONATE. You promised not to let us down. You excelled! I salute you.

They helped me with a 40th birthday gift for a friend. An arrangement in a vase that would be suitable to give as a gift, but not be at its best for 3-4 days as my friend was going away for a long weekend. They were spot on, my friend loved the arrangement, the flowers opened on her return and then lasted really well.

I bought some flowers from James for my wifeʼs birthday they were truly lovely and delivered on time. At the moment i booked the flowers she was doing an arrangement for Princess Anne who was visiting walsall that morning,so you could say by appointment to her majesty the Princess Royal.

I recently bought flowers for my wife from "james" and would like to say it was the best bouquet I have ever purchased, not only were the flowers beautiful they lasted much longer than any we have had before, my wife was delighted. I will be using them in the next few days, and we have already told all of our friends where to go next time they need any flowers.

I recently contacted James Florist, on a Sunday!! I got their mobile number from their website and asked if they were open on a Sunday, they werenʼt. I asked if they could do a funeral arrangement for me the following day, a Monday. The person I spoke to was brilliant and said she would organise something for me and deliver it the next day, even though it would be out of their area. I canʼt thank them enough. The family ʼphoned me to say the arrangement was beautiful. Thanks you James Florist. I will certainly recommend you.
